Summary
Chihaya is a lighthearted tomboy, who's not especially good at anything in particular. Her dream has always been for her sister (an aspiring model) to become the number one beauty of Japan, or perhaps of the world. But then one day she meets someone who tells her that a dream is something that should concern only herself - and something she has to work hard for as well.
At the same time, Chihaya discovers a passion for the old Japanese game hyakunin isshu, also called "karuta".

Summary
An Academy City is a highly developed place in terms of technology. It is said to be 20 to 30 years ahead of the rest of the world, and 80% of its 2.3 million residents are students. The focus of studies here is directed towards esper powers. Misaka Mikoto, one of the top level espers in town, shares a room with Kuroko Shirai, another high level esper who is a member of Judgement, a law enforcing agency composed of students. Both attend Tokiwadai, a private school reserved for the high-leveled and the rich. Kuroko's partner at Judgement, Kazari Uiharu, is a low level esper who studies at Sakugawa middle school. - If i were to rate this anime from 1-10 i would give a 10, because
this the funniest anime trust me i've watched anime for a long time and
this one cracked me up XD i was like ''Hahahahah'' Then my family was
like ''Call 911'' -

epic part is when they made a duel with an enemy the only thing they
were talking about was Kurosagi's legs HAHAHAHAHA she was like ''shut
up''
So they entered the battlefield and then this happened! Poor Kurosagi was hopeless in the fight.
Instead she became the referie
And then this KAWAII vampire showed up X3
This moment Kurosagi was like *NEON COLORS ACTIVE*
The first time Kurosagi had her ''girl talk''
XD Izayoi saved Kurosagi's community and then it was a happy endning.
Note: I recommend that you watched this anime because it is very cute and touchy.
